Eligibility Requirements: The Referral Reward is only available to current and past insured customers of AIS for Qualified Referrals.
• Referred Parties do not need to make any purchases.
• Referring Party may earn up to a calendar year limit of $500 per year and a lifetime limit of $1,000.
• Referring Party must have a valid email address to receive the Referral Reward as an electronic gift card.
